Tadej Pogacar laat de E3 Saxo Classic (vrijdag) en Gent-Wevelgem (zondag) links liggen. Dat heeft UAE Team Emirates-XRG woensdagvoormiddag bevestigd. De 26-jarige Sloveen wil zich helemaal focussen op de Ronde van Vlaanderen en Parijs-Roubaix, waar hij debuteert.

Le triple vainqueur du Tour de France Tadej Pogacar sera au départ de la 122e édition de Paris-Roubaix le 13 avril. Le champion du monde slovène devait initialement participer à l'E3 Saxo Classic et à Gand-Wevelgem, mais s'alignera finalement sur un troisième Monument cette saison après Milan-Sanremo et le Tour des Flandres, a annoncé son équipe mercredi.
