ATP Finals - Alexander Zverev schakelt Carlos Alcaraz uit
's Werelds nummer twee Alexander Zverev heeft zich vrijdag in het Italiaanse Turijn als groepswinnaar voor de halve finales van de ATP Finals geplaatst. In zijn laatste groepswedstrijd rekende de 27-jarige Duitser in 1 uur en 57 minuten met 7-6 (7/5) en 6-4 af met de Spanjaard Carlos Alcaraz (ATP-3).
Jupiler Pro League - Marc Overmars gaat na schorsing weer aan de slag bij Antwerp
Marc Overmars gaat dit weekend opnieuw aan de slag als technisch directeur van Antwerp, na zijn wereldwijde schorsing vanwege grensoverschrijdend gedrag toen hij nog bij Ajax werkte. Dat bevestigt de club. Over zijn gezondheidstoestand na een eerder hartinfarct communiceert Antwerp niet, maar Overmars zou zijn functie weer volledig kunnen opnemen.

La Pro League mise à l'amende par le SPF Intérieur
Le SPF Intérieur, et plus spécifiquement sa Cellule football, a adressé une amende à la Pro League, la ligue des clubs belges de football professionnel. L'information rapportée par Het Nieuwsblad a été confirmée par la Pro League et un porte-parole de la ministre de l'Intérieur Annelies Verlinden. La Pro League a utilisé des images de matériel pyrotechnique sur ses médias sociaux et doit dès lors payer 2.000 euros d'amende.
