Tour de France - Lotto trekt met speciaal wielershirt naar de Tour

Nadat het Lotto-team de laatste Ronde van Vlaanderen al afwerkte in een aangepast shirt, een verwijzing naar de veertigjarige sponsoring van Lotto, zal de Belgische formatie de komende 112e Tour de France ook afwerken in speciale koerstenues. Daarin krijgt de firma Caps, naast hoofdsponsor Lotto, een prominente plaats.

Wimbledon - Gauthier Onclin passe au deuxième tour des qualifications

Gauthier Onclin a réussi à franchir le premier tour des qualifications du simple messieurs de Wimbledon, le troisième tournoi du Grand Chelem de tennis de la saison, lundi. Onclin, 204e joueur mondial, a battu le Français Constant Lestienne (ATP 193) 6-2, 4-6, 6-4 en 2 heures et 06 minutes, sur le gazon londonien.

Baloise Belgium Tour - Geen breuken maar wel schorsing voor Oscar Riesebeek na zware valpartij

De 32-jarige Oscar Riesebeek (Alpecin-Deceuninck) kwam zondag zwaar ten val in de afsluitende rit van de Baloise Belgium Tour. Uit nader medisch onderzoek is gebleken dat de Nederlander geen breuken heeft opgelopen. De renner stelt het ondanks alles redelijk goed, maar liep wel een schorsing van een week op.
