Eredivisie - Coach Farioli neemt afscheid van Ajax

Daags na het mislopen van de landstitel, heeft de Italiaanse coach Francesco Farioli "na zorgvuldige afwegingen" en ondanks een nog lopende overeenkomst tot medio 2027 beslist om het Nederlandse Ajax te verlaten, zo maakte de club maandag bekend. Ook assistent-trainers Daniele Cavalletto en Felipe Sanchez Mateos, en keeperstrainer Jarkko Tuomisto nemen afscheid.
